I. How to Place an Order 1) Orders can be placed on the internet from our site. You can search or browse our products, make selections, and securely complete your purchase online using any major credit card. 2) Purchases can also be made via phone, fax, or mail. II. Gift Services 1) Gift wrapping is a complimentary service that we are pleased to provide. Simply choose gift wrapping as an option for any item selected. Since we like to keep our paper selection new and fresh, the sample pictures may not accurately represent the actual paper we have in stock. We will guarantee that the category of paper selected (ie general, baby, or wedding) will be honored. Often we will use colored bags with tissue and ribbon to wrap smaller gifts. We promise that whether we use a bag or box your gift will have a great presentation. 2) At checkout you will have the opportunity to send us gift tag "to:" and "from:" information, any special message, as well as indicate any items that you wish to have wrapped together as a single package. If no message is given, we will put a simple "to:" and "from:" onto the gift card. 3) Gift certificates are available. Each gift certificate will be assigned a code that correlates with a dollar value. When the gift certificate is redeemed at checkout, enter the code as it appears on the gift certificate and the dollar amount will be subtracted from the total.
III. Shipping Rates 1) Shipping Charges
2) All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time. This includes two day and next day shipments. If this is a problem, please call (800) 414-1654. We will try to accommodate rush orders if possible at no extra charge. 3) At this time catchingfireflies.com ships to all 50 states including US Territories. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Territories will be shipped 2 Day Air only. We are not able to ship to any foreign countries. 4) You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order is shipped . This will include the address your order is being shipped to and a tracking number. The tracking number can be used at ups.com to locate your package.
IV. Information Regarding Your Order 1) To check the status of your order please call (800) 414-1654 and ask for internet sales. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 EST. If we are not able to answer the phone or on the other line, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please have the shipping confirmation number ready when you call. This will assist in locating your package. Inquiries can also be e-mailed to service@catchingfireflies.com 2) Order confirmations will be sent to you within one business day of receiving your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, it is possible we did not receive your order. Please call (800) 414-1654 or e-mail to service@catchingfireflies.com to confirm your order with our internet sales staff. 3) Please call us with changes and cancellations immediately. You can also e-mail this information to us at service@catchingfireflies.com but it will not be as effective as calling (800) 414-1654. We will accommodate all changes and cancellations as long as they are received prior to shipping. If these requests are received after shipping has taken place, please refer to our return policy. 4) We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. To provide you with better security, you may be asked to provide your billing address and the signature panel code from the back of your card. 5) Sales tax will be applicable to all sales sent within the State of Michigan. The sales tax rate in Michigan is 6%.
V. Returns 1) If you have a return, please call us at (800) 414-1654 or send us an e-mail to service@catchingfireflies.com. Returns are for exchange only. We will issue you a coupon equaled in value to the item you are returning. This coupon can be used at any time to buy another product from our website. 2) Returning items should be returned to us in the original condition it was received in. To insure this we ask that you securely pack it back into its original packaging. Please be sure to tape the box properly to guarantee the contents will remain inside of the box. Returns must be sent to us pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior consent.
