Loading... Please wait...Thoughts to Celebrate the Joy of Friendship. Your first grade teacher may have told you never to write in your books, or to give them away to your friends--but this is a great time to rebel. The very best thing you can do with "You've Got a Friend" is pick up a pen, write a heart-felt note on the inside cover-and then give it away to someone you treasure. Your words need not be immortal. Some of the most cherished and appreciated messages to our friends are also the simplest.
"I care. I remember. I miss you. I'm here for you. I believe in you. I'm proud of you. I'm pulling for you. I appreciate all that you do. Let's go out and play." The quotations in this little book are wonderful. May each page remind you and your friend that the need for friendship may be universal, but the bond between friends remains one of a kind. I bought this book for a very good friend of mine that i grew up with and we do not get to see each other often. So I bought this book and I wrote messages on some of the pages about things we did as kids together. She loved it and will cherish always
