The Seeds of Happiness Story: Seeds of Happiness started out as leftover lumps of clay I made into little smiles to give out to friends who were going through hard times and needed a little smile. That was in 2006, since then I have given out thousands of smiles to folks, a handful at a time. In turn, they share them and the story with their friends in need of a smile. Then those people share with more friends and keep the story going. My seeds are all over the planet by now. I receive a lot of emails with photos and stories of how these little seeds made a difference to someone. From Africa to the land down under, the Seeds have been planted and smiles have bloomed on people who need them. Seems a lot of people need smiles these days. Share a smile – help me spread my Seeds of Happiness. ~Mark Borella, “The Seeds of Happiness Guy”

Best "take away" gift I have ever found

I originally bought 8 of these cutie little seeds of happiness for a group of girls I was mentoring. At the end of our session, I gave each person a seed of happiness and spoke to them on the importance and the importance of spreading happiness throughout the world. The seeds were a HUGE hit. I went to the next session and didn't bring a round of seeds to pass out but still gave the same speech about happiness and at the end every single person asked if they were going to receive a "seed of happiness" (the first group showed everyone the seed. now I order at least 10 a week to pass out to my groups as well as through out my day when I come across someone who looks like they could use a smile. It only takes a simple gesture to change someones day! Thank Catching Firefiles for introducing me to the seeds of happiness
