Ransom Quotes are named after ransom notes because the "quote" is written with a variety of elements, including dictionary definitions, silk & organdy ribbon, rubber stamps, glass stones, word clippings, brass findings, game pieces, buttons & more. The collage is housed in a handmade stained wood box that hangs by a ribbon loop and is protected by a piece of plexi-glass that is affixed with two adorned button screws.
