- Clear your breathing and get clarity with eucalyptus + peppermint essential oils
- Reflect and relax with lavender + bergamot (bergamot is small fruit-bearing citrus tree)

If you want that spa feeling on a cold winter day these shower steamers are your ticket. I tried the "Relax" lavender and bergamot and loved it!
