soft metal looking bracelet bends out of shape

This bracelet was a gift for Christmas. I was so surprised to see that when putting on my bracelet that the metal was so soft and would misshapen. It no longer had the original smooth curve appearance but it had bent too easily to keep its shape with every wear. With every wear the metal kept bending out of shape and looked beat up. Very disappointed.

I just recently bought this bracelet, and I can't stop wearing it. It's made of a thick, heavy metal that looks slightly industrial and it's just flexible enough that you can bend it to get the perfect fit. And oh so clever!
