Gift wrapping is a complimentary service that we are pleased to provide. You may choose to have any item gift wrapped except for sale items. Since we like to keep our paper selection fresh, the sample pictures may not accurately represent the paper we have in stock. We guarantee that the category of paper selected (gal, guy, baby girl or boy and wedding) will be honored. Often we will use colored bags with tissue and ribbon to wrap smaller gifts. We promise that whether we use a bag or box your gift will have a great presentation that will brighten the recipient’s day!
At checkout you will have the opportunity to enter "to:" and "from:" information and any special message. You may also indicate any items that you wish to have wrapped together as a single package or let us know of any other special request. If no message is given we will put a simple "to:" and "from:" onto the gift card. All gift tags are handwritten by our web staff to add that special personal touch.
Gift cards are available for purchase. Customers can use their gift card online and in our brick-and-mortar stores. When shopping online, gift cards are processed after you place your order. Information Regarding Your Completed Order
Order confirmations are sent within one business day of placing an order. Unfortunately, our e-mails sometimes get stuck in certain e-mail provider's spam filters. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of safe contacts and be sure to check your spam folder just in case. Checking the status of your order
You may simply reply to your confirmation e-mail or call us at (800) 414-1654 and ask for web sales. We are open M—F 9a.m.—5p.m. EST. If you don’t reach us, please leave your name and telephone number. We will respond to your e-mail or telephone call promptly.
Changes or Cancellations to your order
Please call us with changes and cancellations immediately. You can also e-mail this information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will accommodate all changes and cancellations as long as they are received prior to shipping. If these requests are received after shipping has taken place, please refer to our return policy.
Returns are for store credit or exchange only. We will issue you a gift card equal in value to the item. This will not include shipping. Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned. Returns must be sent in the original condition they were shipped. To insure this, simply pack them back into their original packaging. Be sure to tape the box properly to guarantee the contents will reach us safely. Returns must be sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior consent.
