Domestic - Standard Shipping
We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail) to ensure your package arrives promptly and safely.  With each order we evaluate your distance from our studio and the weight and size of your order when choosing the speediest and safest method.  Shipments to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories outside the Continental US, and Canada are always sent USPS Priority Mail.

If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know when you place your order.  We work hard to keep our shipping rates competitive while factoring in supplies and the extra care taken by our shipper to get your gifts to you in perfect condition.  See the chart below for current pricing.  To calculate your packages estimated time of arrival, please see our UPS Ground transit time map or average 2-3 days for Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.

Canada
We ship US Priority Mail International to Canada and shipping rates start at $16.95.  Delivery time is 6-10 days.  If you would like your package in a shorter time period, Express Mail is an option but we will need you to call us to complete your order over the phone.

NOTE: Orders take 1-2 days to be processed before shipment. This includes 2-Day and Next Day shipments. If this is a problem, please call (800) 414-1654. We will work to accommodate rush orders at no extra charge. 

Destinations

Catching Fireflies ships to all 50 US states, US Territories, and Canada.  We are not able to ship to any foreign countries outside of North America.  If you have a special request email us at service@catchingfireflies.com and we will try to accommodate you.
